Domains - Applied
You can agree with every word and change nothing.
Eight domains. Lovely frameworks. Worth exactly nothing if they stay on the page. Applied is where they go to work: Intelligence becomes an actual operation, Assembly means you convene instead of broadcast, Personal turns your CRM into a VRM.
Just click a blue button to see an example of a domain applied to a real-world solution.
Read it from the outside in. The wheel is the eight domains, turning. The ring is Inject: the moment a domain leaves the page and goes into a live situation. Inside it, four ways in: Licence, Advisory, Consulting, Enablement. At the centre, the only thing that matters. Value.
A framework is a hypothesis
until someone bets on it.
Four ways in, because organisations are not all the same shape. Some want to own the thinking: that is Licence. Some want a trusted second opinion: Advisory. Some want someone in the room doing it with them: Consulting. Some want to be able to do it without us: Enablement.
None of them is the point. Value is. And it is a loop, not a line: what Balance measures feeds straight back into Reveal, so the next application starts smarter than the last.
The domains were never the product. What you do with them is.
